The critics do only represent their behaviour by their words and we should not focus too much on them. If we will keep on changing because of them then we can never become stable. We should very careful while listening to criticism. Here is a nice story based on the common criticising people.

A man and his son were once going with their donkey to another nearby town. As they were walking along by his side, a countryman passed them and said, “You fools, a Donkey is to ride upon.” therefore the man put the boy on the donkey, and then they went on their way.

But soon they passed a bunch of men, one among whom said, “See that lazy youngster, he lets his father walk while he rides.”

So the man instructed his boy to get down and got on himself. But they hadn’t gone far once they passed two women, one among whom said to the opposite, “Shame on the lazy man to let his poor little son trudge along.”

Well, the person didn’t know what to do, but eventually, he took his boy up before him on the donkey. By this time they had come to the town, and the passersby began to make rude remarks and point at them. The man stopped and asked what they were ridiculed at.

The passerby said, “you are cruel and you should not punish the donkey in this way with your weights.”

The man and boy got off and tried to think of what to do. Now they had no options to apply with them because of other’s criticism.

The moral of the story is: if you keep trying to please everyone, and you will please no one.

It’s natural for us to try to win the approval of others, whether it means pursuing a good career, following our peers, or acting in certain ways. We crave social acceptance to reassure ourselves that we’re doing the correct thing.

But whatever you choose to try and do, someone somewhere will have an opinion about it. People might question your motives, your reasoning, or nitpick at the smallest details.

Sometimes, people can take a problem and blow it out of proportion. They take offence over something. They might even make personal remarks. Here are a few thoughts on dealing with criticism:

1. If the person has undergone similar experiences, it’s worth listening to the knowledge they have to share. Otherwise, hear only.

2. Manage criticism accordingly. Don’t allow every single piece of criticism or opinion get in your way.

3. Stay silent and focus on the Road Ahead.

Uddhav’s Bitter Questions to Krishna

Source: Pexels Uddhav was in the service of Shri Krishna as a charioteer since childhood, but he neither expressed any desire nor asked anything from Shri Krishna. When Krishna completed his avatar era and was ready to go to Gaulok, he called Uddhav to himself and said: Dear Uddhav, many people have received something from me in this 'Avatar period', but you never asked for anything! Now ask for something, I want to give something to you   Uddhav did not ask for anything even after this. He only wanted to clear his doubts which were arising in his mind by seeing Krishna's teachings and his gratitude. This way it became a session which not only cleared the doubt’s of Uddhav but also it’s very helpful to clear all common doubts in our mind.   Uddhav’s question:  I could not understand many things in the events of Mahabharata! Your 'teachings' remained different, while 'personal life' looked somewhat different! Will you explain the reason to pacify my knowledge

Education System of India

India produces more engineers than the total population of Switzerland. Still, Switzerland is number one in research and innovation. After independence, the Republic of India has produced zero noble laureates in science but within the same time period, the USA has produced noble laureates who are 100 plus in number. The new Annual Employability Survey 2019 report by Aspiring Minds reveals that 80% of Indian engineers are not fit for any job in the knowledge economy and only 2.5% of them possess tech skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) that industry requires. Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella and many other popular people have done their education outside India. To find the root cause and problems hidden in our education system, we have to go back to the time when India was ruled by Britishers. In that time East India Company had two major challenges to rule India. First was the need for communication with Indians in their British English language and second, was the need for workers in I
